Body

Our functional strength class is designed with women in mind and unlike any other in Dallas.  In the safe, small group setting of our Small Studio, you will strength train in a way that increases muscle strength and builds muscle mass.  Don’t worry, you won’t bulk up, but you will be stronger than ever, both mentally and physically.  You will leave Strength feeling energized, empowered, and with a metabolic boost that will help you develop and maintain a toned, lean physique.   Class length:  60 minutes.

Burn

In this unique mat-based class, you will combine high repetitions of exercises and dynamic cardio bursts to burn your muscles to failure so they recover even stronger.  In our infrared heated Large Studio, you will move to the beat of the music with exercises using bodyweight, hand weights and/or ankle weights to ramp up the intensity of your workout.  Always mindful of form over tempo, your movements will be deep and intentional to maximize the sculpting of lean muscle.  Class length: 50 minutes.  Want more? Flow

This class is mindfulness in motion. Under the warmth of our infrared heaters, you will cultivate the focus, strength, flexibility and balance of a traditional Vinyasa yoga flow through our unique lens.  With poses linked to breath, our Power Flow provides a style, pace and intensity that meets you where you’re at, while also fostering mind body expansion.  Class length: 60 minutes. 

Mobility

Train (or re-train) your body to move in the way it is meant to.  Do you have a vigorous workout routine, then this class is for you.  Does your body suffer from lack of movement (i.e. sitting at a desk all day), then this class is for you too!  Set in our ever so slightly heated Large Studio, our Mobility class will use functional static and dynamic stretches to help improve flexibility, stability and posture, while also giving increased and controlled range of motion.  Class length: 30 minutes.  Pro Tip: Stack this class before or after Strength or Burn for a well-rounded workout, or combine Mobility with a Roll, Sauna and Cold Plunge to maximize recovery on your rest days.

Cardio Hip Hop

Pop it, drop it and shake it in our wildly addictive hip hop dance cardio class. You’ll elevate your heart rate and boost endorphins while moving and grooving to trending beats!
