a female-forward health and wellness club that combines movement, restorative modalities and social gathering to foster community and overall well being.
Our space is a one-stop landing spot for multi-generational Dallasites to access fitness classes, engage in self-care, and experience a sense of community.
Based in the heart of Dallas, Wesley’s social space is the embodiment of approachable luxury. Designed with women in mind, Wesley is a safe haven for anyone to relax alone or mingle with friends or business prospects, all with convenient access to healthy bites and libations at their fingertips. Wesley fuses symbiotic wellness services by offering various fitness classes, including yoga, Burn, mobility and strength classes, as well as a unique menu of rejuvenating treatments and amenities. Additionally, we serve as an event space, available for use by our members to host birthday parties, showers, corporate events and other intimate to medium-sized private gatherings. Our offerings are carefully curated to facilitate community, foster personal growth and encourage the expansion and celebration of the feminine spirit.

How Do You Wesley?
Upon entering, members and guests are greeted by name as friends of Wesley. After securely storing your belongings, guests have a few options for how to plug themselves in at Wesley. You may choose to take a group fitness class in one of our Studio spaces with an instructor whose style suits your energy. Alternatively, you could elect to detox, recover and unwind by partaking in one of our restorative modalities such as the Infrared Sauna, Lymphatic Massage Roller or Cold Plunge. Our offerings are intentionally created to be conveniently stackable – so feel free to combine classes and treatments in any way that suits you. Afterwards you can use our plush restrooms for a shower, which will be stocked with premium bath and hair products.
To round out your experience, you can stop by our Feed Me Pronto grab-and-go for a healthy snack, meal or drink that you can enjoy in our bistro-style community space or take with you to your next destination. No matter how you Wesley, you will leave feeling refreshed, refueled and ready to take on the rest of your day.
Members and their guests will have access to the amenities and social gathering spaces at Wesley during all hours of operation, regardless of whether they are booked for a class in the Studio. Wesley’s comfy luxury is the perfect place for you to have a pre-dinner drink with friends, networking happy hour, or to unplug and spend some time alone. Wesley’s team members will follow guests’ lead and direct them to the best place to engage with others, or give them space to do their own thing.

Note From Our Founder
As a wife, mom of two young kids and full-time partner at a law firm, I know first-hand the need for flexible, convenient access to health and wellness. More often than not, I was running all over town trying to squeeze in self-care in between working, kid-wrangling and everything else. I felt depleted and lonely – wishing that a place existed where women, no matter what stage of life they’re in, could go to plug themselves in by connecting with each other and simultaneously taking advantage of modalities that are designed to foster overall wellbeing. Wesley is carefully curated to fill that void here in Dallas. Named after my daughter, Wesley is a love letter to both her and my mom – meant to give us all the space and opportunity to get what we need in order to take care of those we support, both personally and professionally. So come and join us for a workout or glass of wine (or both!) and drink while you pour!
