Shoes are optional in Burn but are recommended in Body & Cardio Hip Hop. Shoes are not required in Flow & Mobility.

Classes canceled later within 12 hours of class will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. You will receive your credit back.
No shows will be charged $20 and will not receive their class credit back.

No one will be allowed into class after 5 minutes of class starting. If you are running late, please email hey@wesleywellnessclub.com and let us know.

Yes! We have a First Class for $15 offer as well as a 2 Weeks Unlimited at $99 offer.

Bring water to all classes (we have a water bottle filling station). Bring a mat to Flow, Mobility & Burn classes. If you do not have a mat, we have rentals for $3!

We do not offer 1 on 1 personal training, however, our instructors are certified personal trainers, so you can inquire with them directly.

Ankle weights are provided during Burn classes & we have mat rentals for $3!
Appointments/ Amenities

Please do not cold plunge or roll if you are pregnant. Please consult with your Dr. on using the sauna while pregnant.

Amenities are available to book during our business hours. Our last appointment is typically 30 minutes before closing.

Yes! We offer a First Timer’s Combo Session that includes all 3 amenities for $45!

Roll and Sauna appointments are 30 minutes long and Cold Plunge appointments are 15 minutes long

Rollers and Saunas are private but can be shared if you are bringing a guest or want a friend to join you.

Yes! Make sure to book the same time slots for the rollers. For sauna & cold plunge - only one person needs to book and we will add the second person at the front desk!

Your appointment will be cut short if you are late in order to not interfere with other appointments.

Sauna - Wear athletic clothing or bikini
Cold Plunge - Wear a bikini or any clothing you are comfortable getting wet in. We ask that you rinse off before entering the plunge.
Rollers - We recommend wearing fitted leggings, joggers or other athletic bottoms free of loose zippers or buttons. We also recommend wearing a fitted top as well as socks. We also require clients to tie long hair up so it does not get caught in the roller.
